🟦 iEVA Daily Co-Mentorship Flow (2–5 min)
Use this daily to stay grounded, focused, and supported — with the help of a trusted peer.
(Best done with 1-minute video messages via WhatsApp or any messenger.)
This routine helps you achieve real results by building smart, respectful support into your daily rhythm.
1. Choose a peer you trust (outside your conflict zones).
Find someone whose expertise you respect — even from a different field.
Invite them to support each other toward your personal or business goals.
You can tailor this message:
> "Hey, I’m going to achieve couple of goals in (your topic/goal), and looking for peer-support with someone, who also have a good goals. Would you like to be in short touch about daily goal progress for few days? - It will take 2-5 minutes per day online. "

2. Choose your chat space & check-in times.
Agree where you’ll message (e.g. WhatsApp) and set two fixed times to check the chat —
Recommended: once before 11:00 and once before 20:00.
3. Respect the boundaries.
Everything shared stays in the chat. Stick to the time limits. Protect each other’s focus and trust.
4. Send each other 1-minute video check-ins.
You’ll each record and send a short video in the morning and evening, following the simple structure below.
—
🌤️ Morning Check-In (1-minute video)
Before recording, chose and formulate clearly one goal for the week you want to share with peer. Take 30 seconds to centre yourself.
Take a deep breathe, keep a bit, and exale. Ask yourself:What truly do you need this goal for? How it helps you to feel good about yourself and your values? Why it matters?
Then, record a short video to your peer (max 1 min), using answer for these questions:
1. “Here’s what I want to move forward today…”
– Share 1 clear intention or action that aligns with your real priorities.
2. “What might pull me off track is…”
– Name one likely distraction, doubt or pressure. Honesty builds strength.
3. “What support would be meaningful from you today is…”
– This can be as simple as: “Just witness me,” or "share yours and let's just do it together", or “Ask me later how it went.”
That’s it. Short. Focused. Powerful.
You're not reporting for perfection — you're building clarity, trust, and momentum.
🌙 Evening Check-In (1-minute video)
Before recording, slow down for 30 seconds.
Let the noise drop. Ask yourself:
“What can I be grateful to myself today for?”
“What could I do better next time? How?”
Then, record your short video (max 1 min), using these questions:
1. “Here’s what I actually managed to move today…”
– Be honest. Even small steps count. Or share what blocked you — with kindness to yourself.
2. “What I noticed about myself today when I worked on the goal is…”
– This can be emotional, mental, or behavioural. Self-awareness is your compass.
-send the video.
Additional 30 second video
3. “Something I want to reflect back about you is…”
– Offer your peer one piece of honest, warm feedback, for example:
> “I noticed you stayed focused.”
> “You inspired me to name my real goal.”
> “I felt connected just hearing your check-in.”
"I'm grateful to your trust and attention to my goal".
"You've done a good progress"
That’s it.
